Paris-Tours: Trentin targets a historic fourth win

Paris-Tours holds its 120th edition on Sunday 11 October, covering 216.2 kilometres from Chartres to Tours. Matteo Trentin, winner in 2015, 2017 and 2025, can become the race’s first four-time champion. Jasper Philipsen and Tim Merlier headline the opposition.
Ten vineyard tracks total 10.5 kilometres in the final 70 kilometres. Short climbs and repeated changes of surface reward positioning and bike handling. The 370-metre Côte de la Rochère averages 11%; Rochecorbon’s final climb ends with 8.8 kilometres remaining. A reduced sprint or a successful late attack are both plausible.
The neutralised start is at 11:55 and racing begins at 12:10. The official finish window is 16:46–17:12. All times are CEST (UTC+2).
